I spent most of my life stressed - constantly chasing perfection, trying to be everything for everyone, all the time.

On the outside, it looked like I was “smashing life,” but underneath I was exhausted and deeply disconnected. My body began to show the truth of what it was holding - anxiety, pain, and a constant sense that it wasn’t safe to slow down or feel. I had learnt to push, avoid, and override.

Breathwork gave my mind space to stop racing and feel my body. Movement based on feeling rather than appearance, brought joy and connection back into my life.

15 years as an integrative Physiotherapist, Master Breathwork Facilitator, and movement specialist

Today, I bring that lived experience into my work at Studio Shift, alongside extensive training and experience. I am an educator, mentor, and facilitator of transformational experiences - helping people shift how they feel, and move from surviving to truly thriving.
